Like any other means of communication the internet has both beneficial and negative consequences. healthy internet used can be determined by analyzing the positive changes in behaviour and psychological state the distinction between healthy and unhealthy internet use depends on the amount of time spent on it and the kind of activities one engages in. excessive time spent on the internet on purposeless activities often takes people away from their actual goals.
